| The Nobel Banquet is held in the Blue Hall at the Stockholm City Hall on December 10 every year. It is one of Sweden's foremost buildings in the National Romantic style built between 1911-1923. The architect Ragnar Östberg was inspired by the palaces of the Renaissance and had the City Hall built around two squares or "piazzas," Borgargården and the Blue Hall. | ||||
